High Harvest Capacity
DENAR 40 is a powerful machine capable of harvesting up to 25 tons of tomatoes per hour. This high capacity makes it an ideal choice for large-scale producers, saving valuable time during harvest. With its fast and efficient operating system, it also significantly reduces labor costs.
Tractor-Mounted
The machine is designed to operate with a 100 hp tractor. Its power take-off speed of 540 rpm ensures stable and consistent power transmission, helping the machine maintain optimal performance during long working hours.
Advanced Shaking Mechanism
Equipped with carbon fiber rods, the vine-shaking system ensures efficient tomato harvesting without damaging the fruit. It separates the tomatoes gently from the plants, minimizing product loss. Thanks to its durable structure, the system offers long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
Durable and Robust Construction
The front loading conveyor is made of grade-10 spring steel, providing exceptional strength and resilience. This ensures smooth and reliable performance even under demanding conditions. Its corrosion-resistant design also offers a significant advantage for long-term use in agricultural environments.
Independently Controlled Loading Conveyor
The loading belt operates with a tracked system and features an independent control mechanism. The operator can adjust the speed and direction of the conveyor for a more precise and efficient harvesting process. This flexibility allows the machine to adapt easily to different field conditions and tomato varieties.
Hydraulic and Control System
The machine is equipped with six hydro-tandem pumps, eleven hydromotors, and eight hydraulic pistons. All moving components can be operated directly from the tractor by the operator. Independent control of the right and left wheels provides excellent maneuverability and smooth handling in the field.
Maneuverability and Compact Design
The tractor is positioned on the right side of the front table, providing ease of use for the operator. The single rear wheel group design allows excellent maneuverability over short distances. Its ability to operate without the need to open the header offers significant time savings during harvesting.
Independent Speed Control
Using a hydraulic valve system, all sections of the machine feature independent speed adjustment. This allows the operator to fine-tune the machine according to varying field conditions and crop density. With precise speed control, maximum efficiency and harvesting performance are achieved throughout the process.
Optional Add On Systems
Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a sorter system and a soil removal belt. The sorter system automatically classifies tomatoes by quality, while the soil belt removes excess soil and foreign materials. These additional systems further enhance the machine’s functionality, providing greater convenience and efficiency for producers.
